Texas, 1858. Newly freed slaves, you have been trying for several weeks to reach Mississippi, to the plantation of the wealthy and cruel Carl Honey, in order to free your family whom he holds captive. Fate is against you, and you must face the contempt of the local populations during your journey. You are arrested and falsely accused of stealing horses. You find yourselves locked up in the jail of Sheriff John King Fischer, who refuses to listen to your explanations and has sworn to hang you at dawn. The only way to get out of this prison alive is to escape, but you have only 60 minutes before sunrise!
