Depuis la place de la République, descendez le boulevard de la Liberté. Entrez dans le parc Jean-Baptiste Lebas et continuez de descendre.
Sortez du parc par la sortie côté rue de Solférino et vous devriez voir la rue d'Arras à gauche du magasin Carrefour City.
Transports en commun
La ligne 2 du métro a deux stations à proximité : Lille Grand Palais et Porte d'Arras.
Il y a également 2 stations de bus juste à côté du local : Douai Arras (sur la L14) et JB Lebas (sur la L1).
